DAY 1: HANOI - MAI CHAU (-/L/D)
Morning drive from Hanoi to Mai Chau, a beautiful valley inhabited by the Thai people in Hoa Binh province. As soon as we get out of Hanoi, the limestone mountain ranges rush up and give the scenery an imposing view. Arrive in Mai Chau late noon, have lunch in Mai Chau and hike around the villages full of house-on-stilts, pretty handmade textile products and vast paddy fields to enjoy the routine life of the Thai people. Dinner and overnight in a house-on-stilt in Mai Chau.
DAY 1: ARRIVE AND EXPERIENCE FASCINATING LIFE OF SAIGON (D)
Arrive in Saigon, greeted by your tour guide and transfer to the hotel. After noontime, let’s start the city tour at the central Square, surrounded by the Notre Dame Cathedral, old Post Office, and historical Reunification Palace; go on to Ngoc Hoang Pagoda and experience daily life of Saigon people at Ben Thanh Market in the centre of district I, the most bustling one amongst the districts of Saigon. Dinner with delicious Saigon cuisine and overnight in Saigon. Arrive at “Tieng To dong” (“the sound of magic musical instruments”) Tea-House to enjoy the night life in Saigon.
Day 1: Welcome to Hue & city tour (L)
Am. Eco Travel’s guide and driver will welcome you at Phu Bai airport and then transfer to downtown for checking in hotel. Hue is known as the green city with a World Heritage site of culture, royal architecture and nature. After a short break, you start to your day trip in Hue city on Perfume River by boat to visit Thien Mu pagoda – one of the ancientest one of Viet Nam. Along boating on the river you can see the natural beauty of Hue with the tranquil atmosphere. Next is the van trip to visit the Imperial Citadel to learn more about the palace of Nguyen’s Kings to experience of their living and worked with palaces still keep today such as Thai Hoa palace, Nine Urn Dynasty, Phoenix Tower… You will taste Hue special foods at restaurant for your lunch.
Tour 1: Haft Day Cyclo City Tour
Our guide will come to meet you at your hotel at 8.30 am, then together take cyclo tour around Hue city, and end at Imperial Citadel. Visit the Citadel, including Flag Tower, Ngo Mon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, Forbidden Purple City (Tu Cam Thanh). Tour end at your hotel by noon.

Along the way you will stop to take photographs on Bao loc Pass, visit Tra Tien Quan and enjoy teas in Bao Loc. Have lunch break. Arrive Da Lat, check in hotel. Have dinner at restaurant. At night you are free to go around Da Lat city.Overnight at hotel in Da Lat.

Then at 5.45 pm guide will take you to a restaurant in Hoi An for taking part in a cooking class. You will be guided to cook Vietnamese foods by a Vietnamese teacher. You will taste your dinner with dishes you cooked. Overnight in hotel in Hoi An.
